Kia ora from Miss Halsall-Rae

 Kia ora whānau of Room 5!

I am the new teacher intern in Room 5 until the end of the term. I have really enjoyed my first couple of weeks in Room 5, they are such an awesome class to be a part of. All of the students have been so welcoming, and I have enjoyed getting to know them all!

Last week we ended the week with some Art, which was a blast and we all had lots of fun. Our focus for writing last week was 'Flying Houses', so we had a go at creating our own using watercolours. Our pictures aren't quite finished, but we will share some photos of the finished artwork once they are done.
