At Assembly on air, we celebrate those spotted walking in the footsteps of Jesus. Elise's name was pulled out of the bag this week! She won not one, but two Subway vouchers. Look forward to my Subway Elise...

We have been busy planting New Worlds Little Gardens. Once they are reading we are going to plant them at NBC and watch them grow. Check out Rooms 3 and 5's start to the little gardens. 

Leila recently visited back to England with her family for 6 weeks! Here are some snaps from her trip. 

Congratulations to some of our girls after their dance exams and competitions that have been happening recently. It is awesome to hear about your achievements outside of school. Keep it up!  Andie Rose: Look how well I did on the weekend! Canterbury Caledonian Champs. 1st in the Jig 2nd in Sailors Hornpipe (first time competing) 2nd in the Fling Runner-Up most points U8 age group Runner-Up learners trophy   Zoey and Isabel 

Lee spent a large amount of time designing his city  of his city, complete with security cameras, skate parks, and drones. Erin's original design of a dragon!  

On Monday, we were very lucky to be the first class from NBC to head over to the butterfly garden to help plant some bulbs. We even received feedback from Cathy who is designing the butterfly garden commending us, she said:  "I want to congratulate you on the behaviour of your children.  They were so good and respectful and listened really well"  Tegan even found a special visitor, a beautiful monarch butterfly! We think it was coming to thank us! She carefully found a safe home for it.  Can you guess how many bulbs we planted? Leave a comment to make your guess.

We welcome Michael from Canterbury Sports this term taking us for PE every Friday. Last week we made it to the canopy despite the rain, we rugged up and completed our mission with our trusty umbrellas. We have had fun with the parachute and today focusing on hand-eye coordination.
